Delivery was quick and prompt; they kept me in the loop as to exactly when I'd hear from them and expect the delivery. The dresser came fully assembled and in perfect condition. Customer service was a wonderful experience; our representative was patient, friendly, and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant, easy, and successful experience with Mercantila. The dresser looks great in the bedroom of our one-bedroom apartment. It came in a large box, with the drawers already in place. It is heavy so unless you are sliding it while empty and on bare floors, it will be difficult to move without extra hands. It's a beautiful dresser.
The customer service I received from Mercantila was impeccable. I was given honest answers to my questions about the furniture, and my customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. I was told exactly about the process of delivery, and both Mercantila and the delivery service kept me in the loop about every detail. Delivery was prompt and the men were very friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a unique dresser for the master bed room and this is just perfect. The dresser is high quality and absulotely stunning.
The only difficulty was in replacing the drawers.
The dresser came fully assembled, but we had to remove the drawers to move it upstairs. Replacing them was a little tricky, but with a little force we got them in place.

This dresser is perfect if you're looking for something of unique beauty. Storage is ample.
We had to remove the drawers in order to move it upstairs. Putting them back in was a little tricky. We had to slide the drawers back and forth on the tracks a few time and use a little more pressure than I was initially comfortable with.
Overall a terrific piece of furniture!
